According to Broome County Court documents, 45-year-old Jamie Crowley was arraigned in Broome County Court September 8.

Crowley was reportedly released on $10,000 bail.

Sheriff’s officials were called to a home on Cascade Valley Road July 3 after shots were fired at the property when a woman was doing a K-turn in the driveway.

Crowley was wounded in the right shoulder as Deputy Tommy Tran fired at the suspect the next morning when he would not drop a .44 cailber revolver as he was engaged by law enforcement officers.

A review by the Broome County District Attorney’s Office later in July concluded the Deputy acted appropriately when he shot at the armed man at the Windsor home.

There’s no word on when Crowley will make his next appearance in court.
