Throwback Thursday: The 'Dallas' Shower Scene

This a bit of a departure from the usual Throwback Thursday. It came to mind because the end is near for "Two and a Half Men."

Charlie Sheen, who famously left that show, wants to be a part of the series finale (for the fans of course) and pitched an idea to the producers. They are mulling it over.

Here is what I think should happen: they should take a page from the wildly successful "Dallas" shower scene where Pam wakes up, walks into the bathroom and opens the shower door only to see Bobby talking a shower. The show had killed him off and jumped the shark the previous season and this was a way of erasing that mess. It worked!

Bob Newhart used that idea with his second successful show "Newhart" to wrap it up. He woke up from a dream to tell his wife about it. She turns on the light and it's the wife from his first show "Bob Newhart". Brilliant!

If "Two and a Half Men" end it like that, all will be forgiven with the fans and the ratings will be ridiculously high. I say go for it.

Maybe Berta and Charlie could be in the shower and Alan opens the curtain. There are a few ways to go. Only time will tell.
