The Luma Projection Art Festival is taking place tonight in Downtown Binghamton. The city has already closed a bunch of streets to get ready for the event that attracted almost 30,000 people to downtown last year.

Here's a list of the roads that are closed;
Chenango Street between Henry Street and the roundabout, State Street between Henry Street and Hawley Street, Court Street between Water Street and Centenary Street, Washington Street between Court Street and Hawley Street, Collier Street between Hawley and Court Street, and Exchange Street between Hawley Street and the roundabout.

The streets will remain closed until midnight tonight.

The festival gets underway at 9 P.M. tonight. The weather will be fine but it will be chilly. WBNG Storm Track 12 weather is saying it will be mostly clear and cool, with a low of 38.
