Covid-19 has been a part of our lives for well over a month now. In the beginning, I didn't think much about how this pandemic was about to affect our lives.

When the office and sales staff left the building to work exclusively at home, I thought, "Wow, it will be like a spending a weekend in the office without any distractions." Well, after five weeks, (I've lost track of time) I sure could use those distractions.

I'm the only one in the on-air staff that has an office on a different floor, so it's become a bit lonely. But, we have come up with ways to connect so we are safe and can continue to work together through these difficult times.

All the changes brought on by this pandemic can tend to play on your mind, so I try to practice some self-care, not only at work, but at home. Here are some things that keep me from getting cabin fever or too stressed out during these difficult times.
