I had the opportunity to talk with Roxanne from Bikram Yoga Binghamton about the yoga portion of Hot Cross Run this weekend. Hopefully, there will be enough of a break from the work for me to get involved in all of the activities (yoga, CrossFit, and a 2-mile run). The yoga portion will focus on loosening up limbs and muscles that will be used for the other two segments included in the day's activities. Check out Kyle's interview with Roxanne here:
