We Need You

Today is day 4 of our Food A Bago at the Weis on Upper Front Street in Binghamton. We are there from 6 in the morning until 6 at night through Monday morning at 10.

We are collecting non-perishable food items to give to CHOW to feed the hungry right here in Broome County. Monetary donations are great as well. For every dollar we raise, CHOW can buy four meals. That is just incredible. We also have this thing called the shopping cart challenge. You bring us a shopping cart full of food and you can shout out a challenge to your business competitor or friends. Encourage them to bring us carts of food as well.

Chow helps people that are going through a rough patch financially. Some of these people have full-time jobs and have experienced an unforeseen financial situation that puts them in a dilemma. Some of them must choose between paying rent or paying their electric bill and putting food on the table for their family. Please do what you can every little bit helps. Whether it's a box of pasta or a can of vegetables truly every little bit helps.
