I consider myself lucky to live in a great neighborhood. I live in Endicott and everyone on my block looks out for each other. We are always there to help each other in times of need. Whether it's by watching someone's house while they're on vacation, or snow-blowing driveways and sidewalks, we have each other's backs. In fact, the Year Chris and I first moved in, we were one of three families that moved in on the block that year. So our neighbors threw a "welcome to the neighborhood party" so we could all get to know each other. Everybody brought a dish to pass and we hung out in one of neighbors yards getting acquainted and becoming friends.

I've heard of people having horrible neighbors, but this Strange But True story from this morning might just take the cake. I was laughing the whole time I was telling the story on the air because I was watching the video at the same time.

It happened in St Johns County Florida, the state where most of the Strange But True stories originate from, and according to ClickOrlando, a dispute erupted between neighbors over land. 72-year-old Howell Morris was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, which is a third-degree felony.  According to ClickOrlando, he was released the next day after posting $2,500 bond. The video shows Morris chasing his neighbor, Scott Lynch, with his tractor while yelling "Run, fat [expletive] !"

You can check out the video here, and be thankful you don't live in Florida. Or at least be thankful you don't have neighbors like this.
