One of the funniest variety shows of the past 50 years, it ran for 11 seasons and a few of the characters from the show spun off into a sitcom.

On September 11, 1967, comedian actress Carol Burnett hosted a weekly one hour show with an extremely talented cast of supporting actors that included Harvey Korman, Tim Conway and Vicki Lawrence.

The show brought many characters that would reappear in future segments, like Eunice and her mother that eventually became a weekly sitcom called 'Mama's Family'

The weekly show also featuring many actors and musicians who would get thrown into  zany skits with the cast members.

Carol also had a segment on the show where she would turn up the lights and take questions from the audience.

One of the best parts of the show is when the characters would try to make each other laugh by doing an improvised line or gesture.

Carol loved and respected her fans during the shows run and we felt the same way about her. I'm so glad we had this time together.
