SUNY Broome Students’ Giving of the Toys 2021

Some local children will have some specially selected gifts for Christmas thanks to an ongoing tradition at SUNY Broome Community College.

Five dozen groups at SUNY Broome participated in the 25^th annual Giving of the Toys on December 9.

The tradition sends toys, carefully selected by campus groups to be associated with their specific departments, to the Broome County Toys for Tots program.

Over the years things like basketballs and other sports equipment have been donated by BCC athletics, toy cash registers and calculators have been donated by the campus financial office and books have been donated by the Educators of Children Club.
