Missing Tioga County Man Located

Tioga County Emergency Services officials confirm a missing man, described as a vulnerable adult, has been found. 

A notice was put out by the Sheriff’s Department related to the disappearance of 85-year-old Robert Miller of Newark Valley at 10:20 p.m. June 17.

A report re-posted on the Broome County Fire Wire overnight said authorities were looking for the vulnerable white man driving at Ford Escape.

Miller was reportedly located at around 1:50 a.m. June 18. Emergency Services officials in Tioga County said no other details are available.
