The Broome County Department of Parks, Recreation and Youth Services is getting set for the next big event to move into Otsiningo Park now that Spiedie Fest has cleared out.

The safe, family-friendly Halloween event: Trunk-or-Treat is being held this weekend and the Parks Department is putting the wrapper on those who want to have an open trunk to hand out treats.
