Do You Remember These Former Oakdale Mall Stores?

Why is it that as we get older, we seem to reminisce about the past more often? Well, at least I do. You know, "Remember the good old days?" That saying isn't necessarily true. There are some things from my life that I'd rather forget from the "good old days."

But there are many things we remember that were good. And during one of our breaks here at work, a few co-workers and I were talking about how the history of the Oakdale Mall, and how it has changed and re-invented as the Oakdale Commons.

It's exciting to see new businesses and ventures taking up residence, rather than going the way of many malls across America.

But back to the "good old days" when the Oakdale Mall was full and had some great stores we remember. We (and responses from locals) came up with many stores that we shopped or dined at, that are no longer there. But I feel there are more we have forgotten. What stores do you remember that we may have missed?
