Why Takeout Rules: Insights From Broome And Tioga New York Residents
Confession: I can't cook. My wife is a fantastic cook. But with our different work schedules, I tend to have my meals at different times than she does. So for me, simple meals that I can pop into the toaster oven or microwave work best, although I do make a mean salad!
We try to visit a sit-down diner or restaurant once a week, but when time is a factor, we will get a take-out meal. It's so convenient and a time-saver when we don't have the time to spend in a restaurant.
I prefer to pick up put take-out meals, rather than have them delivered. Nothing against delivery, I just prefer to pick up my take-out food on my own.
