The Binghamton area is always open for a good New Year's Eve celebration. For a list of some cool events to attend, click here.

And for those of you who are looking to celebrate all night long, there are several establishments in the Binghamton area and across New York State that are planning on staying open late so you can get your fun on. It's called an all-night license, which as I understand it, means they can be open until 8 am. If any will truly be open that long, you will just have to ask when you visit.

The Binghamton area boasts at least 6 establishments that are good for an all-nighter making Broome County second to only Onondaga County when it comes to all-night licenses for New Year's Eve parties. The bars with all-night licenses in Binghamton are:

  • The Place on Court, 73 Court St.
  • Uncle Tony's Tavern, 79 State St.
  • On the Roxx Bar & Grill, 528 Court St.
  • Mad Monk's Tavern, 138 Henry St.
  • The Colonial, 56 Court St.
  • Dillingers Celtic Pub & Eatery, 77 State St.
