If you did not know already, Arizona Cardinals edge rusher Chandler Jones graduated from Union-Endicott High School and went on to play three years at Syracuse University.

So far this year, Jones has 19 sacks, which is 3.5 sacks short of the single-season record currently held by Giants legend Michael Strahan.

This essentially means that Jones needs to rack up four sacks in this season's final week to break Strahan's record.

Now, that's a tough task to accomplish in one week, especially against the Rams, who have only allowed 21 sacks this season. Only the Cowboys have allowed fewer sacks.

However, with Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray injured, the Cardinals likely will have a tough time getting the offense going, meaning the Cardinals defense will be on the field a lot. That will give Jones many more chances to get to the quarterback.

Also Jones already has two games this season with four sacks in a game, the last one coming just last week against the Seahawks. Momentum is on the former UE Tiger's side.

Jones was drafted by the New England Patriots in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft and went on to have a fruitful four years with the team, which included a victory in Super Bowl XLIX.

He was then traded to the Arizona Cardinals in March 2016. Jones statistically been even better since moving to the desert, notching at least ten sacks in each season with the team.

It's kind of a shame that Arizona has not been that great a team this year, otherwise I would guarantee that Jones would be getting far more Defensive Player of the Year buzz.
