Pennsylvania Man Accused of Owego Armed Home Invasion

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say a southwestern Pennsylvania man is accused of breaking into a home in the town of Owego and waving a loaded gun at the homeowner.
56-year-old Robert Campbell of Pulaski is charged with felony counts of burglary, displaying a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon.
Authorities say a homeowner reported a burglary in progress at a home on Montrose Turnpike shortly at 10:10 p.m. on September 4.
In addition to the felony counts, Campbell is charged with misdemeanor menacing and criminal mischief for allegedly intentionally damaging the victim’s property.
Campbell was released following his arraignment.
