According to the sale listing information provided by the owners to BizBuySell, the restaurant is in good condition and is a turn key operation which provides a very good income. Grande has a staff of twenty and leases its 4,000 square foot space at 1250 Front Street in Binghamton, in the Northgate Plaza for $4,000 a month. Restaurant cash flow was not provided in the sale listing.

The owners of Grande are asking $700,000 for their business and included in the sale of the restaurant is absolutely everything. The restaurant name and all of its equipment all packaged in a neat bundle. The sale listing mentions that the restaurant does well because it is “located in a plaza between two interstate exits. In addition, competition in the general area is very limited.”
