Missing Tioga County Man Located
New York State Police say a Tioga County man they were concerned about has been found safe.

Authorities say they want to thank the public in helping to find 30-year-old Douglas Martin of Nichols.
Investigators July 13 sent out a news alert saying they wanted to check on Martin’s welfare. The authorities did not provide any information as to why they were concerned or when the man was reported missing.
