Endicott Restaurant Week started on Monday and will continue through May 7th. During Restaurant Week restaurants offer three-course lunches or dinners for one low price with part of the proceeds going to a local charity.

This year's participating restaurants include Antonio's Bar and Trattoria, Enfield's, Food Fusion, Frank's Italian Restaurant, Joey's Italian Ice and Pizzeria, Kelli's Too, Lampy's Mediterranean Grill, Our Country Hearts, Podiasie, Sakura Sushi, Thai Basil, The Kuckoo's Nest, & Tony's Italian Grill.

Little Italy Endicott will be the nonprofit that will receive the donation thanks to Restaurant Week.

I've eaten at more than half of the restaurants that are participating in this year's event and I've enjoyed each visit. Chris and I were having a hard time deciding which one to visit last night. We decided we would go to Lampy's because we haven't been there in a while.

Their Restaurant Week deal is three courses for thirty dollars. We both started with the Stuffed Mushrooms and they were delicious. For the main course, I ordered the Pork Chop Milanese and Chris chose the Petite Greek Tenderloin. They were both awesome. They were served with a side, bread, and a small relish platter.

For the third course, which is dessert, she ordered the Chocolate Decadence and I went with the Cannoli. We were both so stuffed that we took our desserts to go.

Endicott's Restaurant Week continues through Tuesday, so I'm thinking we will have to visit one or two more of the participating restaurants before the event ends.
