Info. Sought on Tioga Burglary Suspects & Stolen XBoxes
Tioga County Sheriff's officials are looking for information concerning a burglary in the Town of Tioga earlier this month.
Authorities say they arrested an Owego teen for the March 3 break-in on Glenmary Drive but are would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the teen and/or another male involved in the incident in possession of items stolen in the burglary.
The Sheriff's office say they were called to a home and attached garage just north of the intersection of Talcott Street for the break-in that happened between 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on March 3.
The pair stole a black Xbox series X unit with a green Seagate hard drive, a white, Xbox 1 unit with a grey/red sticker on the top of the unit, two Xbox controllers and several bottles of alcohol before walking south in a wooded area and east on Talcott Street with the stolen goods.
The 18-year-old was arrested by the Tioga County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division on March 14 and charged him with felony Brglary, Criminal Mischief and Grand Larceny.
He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $2,000 bail.
