Chenango County Man Accused of Sex Crime
A Chenango County man is charged with felony sexual act.
New York State Police say 55-year-old Ralph Smith of Brisben is accused of subjecting a child under the age 13 to sexual contact in the Town of Greene.

Troopers arrested Smith on June 11 and then released him on his own recognizance.
