The Agency and the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce are looking for participation in a multi-county workplace well-being needs assessment survey.

Officials with the Chamber of Commerce say the confidential information about company size, wage and investment in wellness will be shared by Chambers of Commerce and Public Health agencies throughout the state.
