We've all heard those corny jokes that make you roll your eyes and shake your head, but yet they still seem to put a smile on your face. You know like corny knock-knock jokes. Here's one that comes to mind. Knock-knock, who's there? Boo. Boo who? Why are you crying? Yeah, those kind of dad jokes.

According to WETM-TV in Elmira, a Bath New York man named Woody Latour has been using his skills as a dad joke comedian to spread joy around his neighborhood, and lately across the United States. It started with Latour putting posters outside his house featuring lame dad jokes. With all the stress and anxiety people have been dealing with due to the coronavirus and everything else going on in the United States, he figured this would be a great way to put a smile on people's faces.

Recently he started adding his lame dad jokes to his Facebook page and now they are being viewed by people as far away as Arizona. One of his most recent jokes was, "of all the inventions in the last 100 years, the dry erase board is probably the most re-markable”.

My former morning show partner Tom the Electrician was always telling corny dad jokes. I used to refer to them as kindergartener jokes because five-year-olds were the only ones that found them funny. Of course every time he told one of his lame jokes, he would sit there and laugh at himself for about 5 minutes.

If you want to see more of Woody Latour’s dad jokes, his Facebook page is public, but don’t blame me if you get a headache from rolling your eyes too much.
