There is a benefit spaghetti dinner for Chenango fire Station 2 firefighters Russell and Jodi Carey, who lost their home and pets to a devastating fire. it's at the station, 1096 Castle Creek Road on Saturday from 3 to 7 pm. There will be different raffles, a dj, bake sale, and more.

The Broome County Dog Shelter Open House is Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm at 110 Cutler Pond Road. Take a tour, volunteer for the day or even walk some dogs. They are also accepting donations of blankets and towels, dog beds, bleach, Dawn detergent, pedigree Adult dog food, crates, treats and more.

All Saints School in Endicott, is teaming up with the Vestal Chinese Language Department for a school wide garage sale to benefit the Half Sky Foundation. The sale is Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm in the parking lot and gym of All Saints School, 1112 Broad St in Endicott.

The Knights of Columbus, 136 Park Ave in Binghamton, is hosting a Father’s Day breakfast buffet on Sunday from 8 am until noon.

The Tammy Twitchell Foundation is having a purse sale at the Leonardsville Fire Hall on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Designer new and gently used purses will be for sale. Then on Sunday, the Leonardsville Fire Hall will hold a donation pancake breakfast from 7 to 10:30 am.

The First Presbyterian Church of JC, 2 Main Street, is having a chicken bbq on Saturday from 10 am until sold out.

The Endicott Elks will have Halupki along with their regular menu on Friday night. Serving from 5 to 8 pm. Then on Sunday, there will be a Father’s Day breakfast from 8 to 11 am.

The Broome County Library is seeking applicants for membership on the Board of Trustees. Resumes and cover letters can be sent to the library.

The Lisle Fire Station is hosting a Father’s Day beef bbq…cooked in the ground…on Sunday from noon until gone. All you can eat.

St. Anthony’s Feast Days, are June 13th through the 15th at the church on Odell Avenue in Endicott. There will be food, games, and live music.

Seniors and their families are invited to attend the Senior picnic & Fun Fest at SUNY Broome on June 18th at 10 am. There wil lbe entertainment, cooking demonstration, bingo, and much more. Advanced tickets required for the rotisserie chicken lunch can be picked up at any local senior center for $4 per person by June 17th.

There is a spaghetti dinner at St. Michael's Center, 296 Clinton Ave in Binghamton, on Thursday from 4 to 7 pm. It benefits the St. Michael's Youth Outreach Program.
