Vestal Sandwich Shop Seized for Non-Payment of Taxes

A national sandwich shop’s Vestal franchise is out of business.

A sign on the door of Jimmy John’s submarine sandwich shop on the Vestal Parkway warns the property has been seized for nonpayment of taxes and is in possession of the State of New York.

The sign advises anyone “who attempts to tamper or interfere with this property will be prosecuted.”
