Okay, this is what we know. This will be the last season for the Senators in Binghamton before they move to Bellevile, Ontario. We know that another AHL team will be coming to the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena next season.

What we don't know for sure is whose coming to town. The rumors have been flying around since they announced they were leaving. I've heard that it might be the Rangers or Islanders. The rumor that has been floating around for a while is that it'll be the Devils.

This reminds me of the rumors about Bon Jovi coming to the Dick's Sporting Goods Open that had been around for months and then we find out that it was true. It looks like it might be true again.

The Times Union in Albany has reported that the Albany Devils are planning to relocate to Binghamton next season. According to the newspaper, the move is expected to be approved Sunday during an AHL Board of Governors meeting at the AHL ALL-Star Classic in Allentown.

Last night my daughter Riley and I were talking about the move. She is one of the biggest B-Sens fans and is sad to see them leave. She said that she was surprised that it was Albany because Albany is bigger then Binghamton.

That may be true but according to The Time Union, the Albany Devils rank last in the league in home attendance. No official word has been made by the Binghamton Senators yet.

Oh yeah, there is one more thing that we know....The B-Sens are playing at home this Friday and Saturday and they would love to see you this weekend. I'll be doing Chuck-a-Puck both nights between the 2nd and 3rd period.
