On Saturday, September 14th, the Binghamton Police department will conduct a Police Officer exam, and then they have plans to hire new officers for their department from the list of people who take the September 14th exam.

If you'd like to take the exam to possibly be hired as a police officer with the Binghamton Police Department, you've got until 4:45 p.m. this evening (Wednesday, July 31st) to file your application with the Binghamton Municipal Civil Service Commission which is located at 38 Hawley Street in Binghamton.

You can pick up an application at the Binghamton Municipal Civil Service Commission on Hawley Street or from either www.binghamton-ny.gov or from joinbpd.com. There is an application fee for the exam, which is $25, but you can also get an application fee waiver at the Municipal Civil Service Commission.
