The warmer weather should give most of us a burst of energy and motivation to engage in spring time activities.
Walking is a common denominator for spring and we have plenty of places to stretch our legs, from the rail trails in Vestal to the many parks and walk ways across the triple cities.

Who says spring break is just for college students, plan a short day trip, or weekend trip out of town, most lakeside areas are quiet and deserted this time of year, not to mention the rates are less than in the popular summer months.
The southern tier weather will bring temps in the 40's 50's and even 60's in the upcoming week, so why not pack a picnic lunch and meet your spouse or friends at a park and enjoy the fresh spring air.
Spring cleaning is something we all put at the bottom of our fun list, but it's necessary and good exercise, pick a few projects and tackle them over the next few weeks.
Spring is here!
