As outdoor dining has been shut down by the cold weather and limits on occupancy at restaurants are even tighter, restaurants throughout the region are forced to evaluate their business models and strategies for staying afloat.

Registration is currently being taken for a roundtable discussion via ZOOM conference that will be held Monday, December 14 at noon.

Chamber officials say they want to know restaurant owners' concerns about operations currently and going forward and look at ideas on how the Chamber may be able to help. Restaurants can register through the Broome County Chamber of Commerce.
