The new path that Paul and Chad are traveling is one that has them working together and opening their very own entertainment venue in Owego with P.A.C.’S (Paul and Chad) Axe Throwing.

P.A.C.'S Axe Throwing is located at 1120 NY-434 in Owego and will open its doors to the public for the very first time on Thursday, January 13, 2022, and is the only business of its kind in the Southern Tier.

P.A.C's will be open during the week and on weekends but if you want to make sure that you're able to get in, consider booking your time and filling out the release waiver in advance. You can do both as well as learn more about this brand-new business here.

What is Axe Throwing?

In America, loggers and lumberjacks have been throwing axes since around the 1800s but the formal spot was adopted in the 1940s when loggers and lumberjacks began holding competitions because basically, they wanted to show off their skills and believed the best axe thrower was the best lumberjack.

Is Axe Throwing Safe?

In a controlled environment, absolutely. Staff keep a very close and watchful eye on participants and guide throwers in the property way to do so.

Do You Have to Be Strong or Athletic to Throw an Axe?

Most places will restrict a person if they feel that the person doesn't have the strength to lift and throw an axe in a way that is safe, but in general, most people can totally handle the sport.
