New Berlin Teen Accused of Kicking Infant

A New Berlin teen is accused of slapping and kicking an infant and another victim.

New York State Police say 19-year-old Lucian Decker is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the January 30^th incident in Pittsford.

Authorities say they arrested Decker at 5:40 a.m. after they responded to a 911 call about a physical domestic incident on County Road 49.

The caller told Troopers that Decker struck the child and the other victim who did not want to press charges.

The baby was evaluated at the scene.

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
