Marathon Resident Accused of Inappropriately Touching Children

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials are accusing a Marathon resident of sex abuse.

Authorities say 34-year old Christopher Amo is accused of touching an 11-year-old child and a 14-year-old child inappropriately.

Authorites say Amo was arrested August 6 and charged with felony sexual abuse one count of misdemeanor forcible touching and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He’s being held without bail in the Cortland County Jail.
