Three people face charges after police found loaded guns, fentanyl and crack cocaine when they searched a Johnson City residence.

Authorities say a search warrant was executed at an apartment on Farr Avenue Friday morning.

Police found a loaded sawed-off shotgun, a loaded .38 caliber revolver and a .22 caliber revolver, along with fentanyl, crack cocaine and suboxone. They also confiscated $2,100 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

Investigators say Anthony Burris, Rachel Taborn and Seirra Pearson were arrested. All three face multiple counts of criminal possession of a firearm. Burris and Taborn were charged with several other weapon and drug counts.

The search warrant was executed by members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force.

Government officials say law enforcement agencies have stepped up efforts to crack down on the distribution of fentanyl in the Binghamton area following an unusually-high number of overdose deaths in recent weeks.
