Hooray! Santa Is Coming to the Northside of Endicott
There's something magical about the holiday season and if you're looking for a way to make memories with your children without going broke, there's an event happening in Endicott this Friday and Saturday that you won't want to miss!
You and your kids are invited to the Northside of Endicott to celebrate with Santa Claus and all of his friends before the jolly big guy leaves for his Christmas Eve journey.
On Friday and Saturday, December 2-3, Northside Christmas will take place in Little Italy Endicott and all ages are welcome to celebrate the holiday season through this free event.
On Friday, December 2, the duo Nino and Mark will be strolling through neighborhood restaurants to sing Christmas carols to those dining inside them.
Also on Friday, December 2 starting at 6:00 p.m., Santa Claus himself will travel the streets of the northside of Endicott on his sleigh. Kids are invited to wave to St. Nick as he journeys between Robble Avenue, Prescott Avenue, and Squires Avenue from Watson Boulevard to Ethel Street.
Additionally, the George W. Johnson Park and carousel will be open on Friday, December 2, for everyone to visit for free hot cocoa. Visitors will also be able to write letters to Santa.
The George W. Johnson Park and carousel will be open on Saturday, December 3, and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus will make an appearance at the carousel and will be available for you to take photos with.
In addition to Northside Christmas in Little Italy Endicott, Saturday, December 3 is Endicott’s Annual Holiday Parade. Endicott's Holiday Parade will take place on Washington Avenue beginning at 4:00 p.m. Following the parade, there will be the Municipal Tree Lighting Ceremony and then fireworks at 5:15 p.m.
