
Guns Stolen in Silver Lake, Pa.
Pennsylvania State Police are looking for suspects who stole several guns from a home in Silver Lake Township sometime between New Year’s Day and early April.

The 64-year-old Montrose man who owns the property on State Route 167 reported on Thursday. April 8 the front door of the building had been forced open and several handguns were stolen.
The man reported $1,000-worth of damage to the door and frame, another 41,000-worth of damage to a wooden garage door and the theft of Smith & Wesson revolver, a Ruger Southport revolver, a stainless Kimber Custom 1911, a Ruger .22-caliber pistol with red dot scope and a Ted Williams .22-cailber rifle.

The value of the guns was estimated at around $2,000.
