Five Issues And One Question [GALLERY]
This morning I was trying to navigate my way to work in anothern snowstorm. Traffic was heavy and slow, the roads were snow covered and slick, and I was just trying my best to get to work without incident.
As I was heading into the city, I came close to hitting a person on a bicycle coming toward me. Because of the heavy sowfall, I almost did not see the person. The law states that you ride a bike with traffic, not against it. I have nothing against bicycles on the road, but I do have a problem when the person riding the bike is clearly not obeying the rules of the road.
