Is it just me, or have you also noticed people are getting more aggressive on the road?

Not blaming any one factor, but recently, when school was back in session, I've seen more, well, not friendly traffic around me. That includes excessive speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, blaring car horns for whatever rage the person may be in, and not using turn signals.

Even in the parking ramp, at times there appears to be a race to get out first, even though it is your turn to exit the ramp (in case you are wondering, there are two side by side exits to the ramp I park in.)

When I took a trip this past weekend to York, Pa., I really had to be aware of my surroundings and drive defensively. Some vehicles would be right on your tail, or fly by me like I was standing still. I experienced a few sudden slowdowns or stops that caused me to hit the brakes, hard.

On the I-83 bridge over the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg, it's a crazy nightmare.  Three and four lanes of everyone weaving in and out, is enough to give anyone a heart attack. I don't know how people mentally survive driving in those conditions on a daily basis.

Maybe I'm just getting old, and not as tolerant at keeping up with the ever increasing daily traffic on our roadways. Have you encountered these same issues lately? I'd love to know if it's just me.
