Broome County Sheriff’s officials say they measured 51-year-old Craig Harvey’s BAC at .24%.

Deputies responded to a report of a crash into the median on Interstate 88 near exit 5 in Colesville then found Harvey’s vehicle disabled on Martin Hill Road.  Authorities say when they made contact, Harvey showed signs of intoxication and was given roadside sobriety tests.

He’s charged with DWI, aggravated drunk driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .18%, leaving the scene of a crash and several vehicle and traffic infractions.

Harvey’s been ordered to appear in Town of Colesville Court at a later date.
