The Knicks hosted the Cleveland Cavaliers at the garden yesterday. Lebron James brought some familiar faces with him, former Knicks guards, Iman Shumpert and JR Smith. But the Cavs still managed to blow out the Knicks, 101-83.

The Knicks are having a miserable season, with no scoring threat, no Carmello Anthony, Amar'e getting traded to Dallas, Pablo Prigioni in Houston, and earlier in the season, Iman Shumpert and JR Smith going to Cleveland.

When you watch the post-game show on MSG, all the highlights are from the other team as the commentators talk about how great they are. Even post-game interviews include the Knicks opponents!

The team is bad and no fun to watch, but I'll keep watching to see if they can at least compete.

How important is it for the Knicks to at least compete with the competition? If they expect to draw any free agents for next season it's very important to finish the season on some positive things, right now at 10-45, they're the joke of the entire NBA.

We know next season will be better, but it's a long climb and I'm sure Phil Jackson knows that and will be making some big moves into the 2015-16 season.

Go Knicks!
