In New York, Hillary Clinton is favored for the Democratic nomination for President while Donald Trump gets the nod from Binghamton area Republicans.

Meanwhile, some Binghamton University students and staff were delayed in their voting in the primary on campus.

The polling place on campus ran out of ballots, leaving registered Democrats an hour to wait to vote on affidavit forms.

Problems were also reported at a few other polling places including the Broome Central Library in Binghamton.

The New York State Attorney General’s office received over 500 calls and 140 emails registering polling place complaints.
