Two Grand Gorge, New York brothers are facing charges following a string of break-ins and larcenies in Delaware County.

New York State Police say 42-year-old Nehemiah Clark and 40-year-old Jeremiah Clark are each charged with two felony counts of Burglary and two felony counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property as well as misdemeanor Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.

Troopers say they had gotten several reports of items being stolen from properties in the Roxbury area in Delaware County and launched an investigation.

After executing a search warrant, Troopers located over two dozen stolen items ranging from power tolls to sports equipment and personal items.

Jeremiah was released on his own recognizance but also is looking at additional charges from the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department.  His older brother was sent to the Delaware County Jail.
