Binghamton Leads in Snow

If you think the Binghamton area has been really socked by snow lately, you aren’t imagining things.

The National Weather Service says Binghamton tops the list in the Eastern United States with 53.6 inches of snow up to December 17.  Syracuse lagged behind at 46.3 inches and Buffalo at 25.8 inches.

A year ago, the Greater Binghamton area had only about an inch of snow.
