Funniest, Silliest And Strangest Street Names In The Southern Tier

Anyplace that has streets, you most likely will find one or more that sounds strange, silly and/or funny.

The website Mental Floss came up with 41 of the weirdest street names in the USA. On the list was some interesting names such as Frying Pan Road, located in Herndon, Virginia, Chicken Dinner Road in Idaho and Duh Drive at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

But the one I find the funniest is Farfrompoopen Road, located Story, Alaska, although honorable mention goes to Shades of Death Road in Great Meadows, New Jersey and Booger Branch Road, which according to Mental Floss is actually located in three places in the USA -  Six Mile, South Carolina, Tennga, Georgia and Knott County, Kentucky.

Well, how about in the Southern Tier of New York? The question I posed on social media was "Tell us the funniest, silliest, or strangest street name you've seen in the Southern Tier!"
