Big Game Prop Bets Are Over the Top This Year

Gambling is a big deal for the year's biggest football game. In the last few years prop (proposition) bets have gotten a little out of control.

Some people will bet on anything! This year's list of actual prop bets is proof. I have no idea where the list originated, but it keeps getting longer.

1. Will Idina Menzel forget or omit at least 1 word during the National Anthem?

2. Which coach will be mentioned first during the telecast? After kickoff?

3. Will Marshawn Lynch be fined for his 'non speaking antics' during Media Day?

4. What color hoodie will Bill Belicheck wear?

5. Will Belicheck smile on camera?

6. How many times will 'Deflate Gate' be mentioned?

7. Who will the Super Bowl MVP mention first? (His team, God, family)

8. Will Marshawn Lynch grab his crotch after scoring during the game?

9. Will Punxatawny Phil be mentioned?

10. Which will be higher Russell Wilson's passing yards or the price of gas ,in cents, on Monday?

11. Will anyone mention that Pete Carroll was the last head coach of the Patriots? Or that he won a national championship in college football?

And my favorite...because I made it up! How many times will players be shown mouthing curse words on TV?
