Who doesn't love a parade? Well, I suppose there are some, but I am not one of them.

As you know, this is the time of year when we have several holiday parades in and around the Binghamton area, and the first one is coming up this weekend.

The annual Binghamton holiday parade is this Saturday (November 23rd.) The theme is 'Season of Kindness' and I understand Santa will be in the parade on his sleigh. The parade will kick off at 1:30pm at the corner of Arthur and Main Street Binghamton, traveling east down Main and Court Streets to the roundabout downtown.

Next will be the Johnson City Business and Professional Women's Holiday Parade on Thursday December 5th. The cool thing about this parade is the fact that it kicks off at 7 pm, featuring a very colorful parade. The Johnson City Parade will begin at the corner of Lester Avenue and Main Street, travelling west to the corner of Main and Arch Street. Santa will be making an appearance in the parade.

Endicott will continue their tradition of their holiday parade on Saturday December 7th. This is the 80th year the Village of Endicott has hosted a holiday parade. The parade will travel from the corner of North Street and Washington Avenue to the corner of Washington Avenue and Main Street Endicott.

Bring out the family and enjoy these annual traditions in our community, and of course we will be in each parade looking for you!
