Have you ever been sitting around the house craving a Wegmans sub or sushi, or one of their restaurant-style meals or pizzas, and you didn't feel like driving to the store in Johnson City? Well, you may soon be able to have that delivered to your home.

According to Cision PR Newswire, Wegmans is teaming up with DoorDash for the delivery of their meals through the Wegmans 2Go app.

According to the report, the program is already up and running at one store in Northern Virginia, and two stores in the Rochester area where the supermarket chain started. The news article also states that Wegmans plans to roll out DoorDash delivery to 40 additional stores this year and even more to follow in 2020.

If you live too far away from the store and Johnson City you might be out of luck. The report says that the delivery area will approximately be a 5-mile radius from the store and orders must be at least $20 or more.

There is no word as to when the store in Johnson City will have this feature available.

Wegmans owns 99 stores in six states including New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.
