Video: Accuser Says Jon ‘Bones’ Jones Gets Away with ‘Everything’

UFC fighter Jon "Bones" Jones, a Union-Endicott High School graduate, has been charged with battery in connection with allegations made by a woman in New Mexico.

Police video shows the accuser expressing reluctance to file a formal complaint because she believes people are inclined to protect Jones.

Albuquerque TV station KQRE reports the charge involves allegedly inappropriate behavior that occurred last April.

The woman called police to report an encounter she said she had with Jones at an Albuquerque strip club where she was working as a waitress.

Jones was accused of inappropriately touching the woman and putting her in a choke hold. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

In a police video recording obtained by the station, the woman is heard telling a police officer about her purported encounter with Jones. She said she got out of a choke hold and then "he just picked me up and like, you know, flipped me over" and "started rough housing" with her.

The unnamed accuser said the situation is "complicated" and said Jones "gets away with (expletive) everything."

The police officer is heard explaining to the woman that Jones doesn't have the right to commit a crime "just because he's a celebrity."

Jones is scheduled to go on trial in the case next month. He has said the allegations are false.
