Thank You Vets

November 11th (tomorrow) is Veterans Day. A day set aside to thank members of our military, past, and present, for their service. I am extremely thankful for our veterans and current military personnel. Whether it's during wartime or peacetime, on the front lines or staying safe here at home, they took an oath to risk their lives to protect ours. That's what it comes down to.

Picture it this way, if somebody was standing in front of you with a gun and they pulled the trigger, and somebody jumped in front of you and took the bullet instead of you, you would be thankful for them for the rest of your life correct? That's the way I look at our military. Some have given all, all have given some. Even the time they spent away from their family and loved ones, we should be thankful for that sacrifice alone. Let alone the risk they take each and every day to keep America the best country in the world.

So. happy Veterans Day to everybody that has ever worn a military uniform both past and present. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I think every day should be like Veterans Day, where we show our appreciation for their service and their sacrifices, not just one day out of the year.
