WIVB is reporting  that Governor Cuomo added ten more states to the list of states on his Coronavirus travel advisory list. Residence from each of the states on the list will have to self quarantine for two weeks after arriving in New York.

There are now 32 states on the self quarantine list. While ten were added, Minnesota was removed from the list as of today. See the full list below.

The new states that have appeared on the list in alphabetical order include Alaska, Delaware, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Virginia, and Washington.

According to the report, if someone visits New York from one of the 31 states on the list and does not self quarantine for 2 weeks, they could be fined anywhere from 2,000 to $10,000.

Yesterday during his press conference, Governor Cuomo stated that he was going to Georgia to meet with officials from the city of Savannah to offer guidance to the city in their fight against Covid-19. During the question-and-answer period of his press conference, a reporter asked Cuomo if he was going to self quarantine for two weeks after visiting Georgia. Cuomo responded by saying he doesn't have to, because he is an essential worker.
