UPDATE 2/10/2022: Now that New York State Governor Kathy Hochul has lifted the indoor mask mandate, this new ruling will change requirements set forth with our upcoming Binghamton On Tap for Saturday, February 19th.

With that announcement, attendees will not be required to wear a mask at the event, and while will continue to follow New York State guidelines, we will no longer require proof of vaccination to attend the event.

Original Article:
It's a new year and we're already planning some exciting events for 2022. Of course one of the biggest, most exciting events we plan is our annual Binghamton On Tap.

This year, the event will be back at the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel on Water Street, Binghamton, where we've been for most of our past Binghamton on Tap events. It's a great place to hold an event such as this.

We'll have live music again this year as well, along with food for purchase. Oh, and the date is Saturday, February 19th with two general sessions which give you three hours of beer sampling, plus a souvenir glass, and a VIP session for a four-hour experience, along with a five-dollar food voucher, Binghamton On Tap Hat, and a souvenir glass.

Now, here are some important things you need to know about this year's Binghamton on Tap for those of you who have purchased a ticket as well as those of you who have yet to purchase a ticket:

Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, Binghamton On Tap will be following the advice of health officials and require all attendees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Any tickets purchased before 1/10/22 by someone unable to attend based on vaccination status may request a refund.

Moving forward, when purchasing a Binghamton on Tap ticket, you are agreeing to provide proof of vaccination in order to enter the event. Refunds will not be issued to those unable or unwilling to provide proof of vaccination.

You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (your second dose must be on or before 2/19/22.) Your ID must match the name on your proof of vaccination.

The following are acceptable proof of vaccination:

  • Physical Vaccination Card - photo or photocopies will NOT be accepted
  • NYS Excelsior Pass (website)
  • Clear Digital Vaccine Card
  • Government digital vaccine proof from outside NYS
  • A photo of a physical vaccine card will NOT be accepted as proof of vaccination
  • If you are purchasing multiple tickets, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of the members of your group
  • A negative COVID-19 test result will not be accepted for entry

Masks will not be required, and entry requirements are subject to change.
